The Grand Ballroom is our largest space, and it can accommodate up to 600 people for a reception or theatre arrangement. However, it can also feel cozier, with room dividers for intimate spaces and breakout areas. The lighting can be adjusted to add color for fun mood lighting. Alternatively, let sunlight enter through the large windows.
With a built-in bar, coatroom, and easily accessible restrooms, your guests have everything they need in easy reach. The Grand Ballroom has several different layouts that can fit your needs and the number of guests you need to accommodate. These include:
- Theatre-style seats up to 600
- Reception style allows for standing room of up to 600
- Banquet style allows for up to 360 guests seated around circular tables
- Classroom style allows for up to 360 guests with rectangular tables and chairs
- Tradeshow style allows for 40 6×10 exhibits

A. When you book an event with us, we provide tables, chairs, and linens. We also have 500 parking spaces, onsite accommodations, and an onsite restaurant. We also have a list of preferred vendors if you need a DJ, lighting, or decorating services. Catering is also available.
