What Meeting Rooms Are Available at the Event Venue in Southfield, MI?

At Atrium Event Space, we have some of the largest hotel and meeting spaces in the Detroit area. Our three large ballrooms are highly customizable to accommodate small group meetings and large conferences. We also have five additional conference spaces. You can use the rooms differently to get the most out of our space. We will gladly work with you to help you tailor the rooms to meet your needs best.

The Grand Ballroom

Our Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 500 people for a banquet and 360 for a classroom-style set-up, making it a fantastic space for a large conference, award ceremony, or holiday party. For an expo, convention, or trade show, it can fit 32 8×10 spaces. It’s also easy to reach from outside, so vendors can come and go easily.

The Woodward Ballroom

The 3,680-square-foot ballroom can accommodate up to 600 people or be divided into four smaller conference rooms that can each accommodate up to 125 people. For a classroom-style set-up, it can seat 250 people, while each of the smaller rooms can seat 50. For a trade show, it can accommodate 23 8×10 booths, and each of the small conference rooms can accommodate conference-style seating of up to 25. This creates endless opportunities for breakout sessions, seminars, networking events, and training programs.

The Jefferson Ballroom

Our smallest ballroom, the Jefferson Ballroom, can accommodate up to 300 people for a reception-style event and up to 140 for a banquet. It can also host up to 120 people in a classroom setting and up to 50 in conference-style seating. It can also fit up to 10 8×10 booths for a trade show.

Our Smaller Conference Rooms

We have five smaller conference rooms, each of which can provide a more intimate setting for smaller events or meetings. They can also offer opportunities for training, networking, and small group breakout sessions within the larger space. Each will seat up to 30 people in a banquet-style meeting, 25 in a classroom, or 14 in a conference setting.
